The Islamabad High Court has issued a written hearing order regarding Shahbaz Gul torture. According to which, Chief Justice Umar Farooq has issued a four-page written decision.
According to this written order, Shahbaz Gul's lawyers have made it clear that permission is not being given to meet Shahbaz Gul, while Shahbaz Gul's lawyers have failed to tell the law regarding the meeting and the special public prosecutors have told the law for meeting. The written order specifies that Shahbaz Gul's lawyers and friends are allowed to meet him and it also specifies that the police should ensure that Shahbaz Sharif is granted permission to meet him. Abuse will never be done.
According to the written order of the Islamabad High Court, the extradition of Shahbazgul has been delayed due to insufficient explanations. Jail officials said that the delay was due to Shahbaz Gul's ill health. According to the Jail Medical Officer, Shahbaz Gul has been suffering from asthma since childhood. And no satisfactory explanation has come from the Adiala Jail authorities. IG Islamabad will summon all the concerned persons and conduct a complete inquiry into the case of Shahbaz Gul's violent death. Shahbazgul's remand request will be heard on merit on Monday. On Thursday, the medical board of PIMS decided not to discharge Shahbaz Gill immediately and indicated the possibility of declaring Shahbaz Gill's room as a sub-jail. After Shahbaz Gul, the test courts will be received at night and the decision to disturb will be made after seeing the test report.

تمام طبی رپورٹس آنے کے باوجود 6 رکنی میڈیکل بورڈ نے شہباز گل کو ہاسپٹل سےڈسچارج کرنے کی منظوری دے دی۔
شہباز گل تشدد کے کے حوالے سے سے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے میں سماعت کا تحریری حکم نامہ جاری کر دیا ہے. جس کے مطابق چیف جسٹس عمر فاروق نے چار صفحات پر مشتمل تحریری فیصلہ جاری کیا ہے۔
اس تحریری حکم نامے کے مطابق شہباز گل کے وکلاء نے یہ واضح کیا ہے کہ شھبازگل سے ملنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جا رہی جبکہ شہباز گل کے وکلاء ملاقات سے متعلق قانون بتانے میں ناکام رہےاور سپیشل پبلک پراسکیوٹرز کی طرف سے ملاقات کرنے کا قانون بتایا گیا. اس تحریری حکم نامے میں یہ واضح کیا گیا ہے کہ شہباز گل کے وکلاء اور دوستوں کو ان سے ملنے کی اجازت دی جاتی ہے اور اس میں یہ بھی واضح کیا گیا ہے کہ پولیس اس بات کو یقینی بنائے کہ شہباز شریف سے ملاقات کی اجازت کا غلط استعمال ہرگز نہیں کیا جائے گا۔
اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے تحریری حکم نامے کے مطابق شہبازگل کی حوالگی ناکافی وضاحتوں کے باعث موخر کی گئی ہے۔ جیل حکام نے بتایا کہ شہباز گل کی خرابی صحت کے باعث تاخیر ہوئی۔جیل میڈیکل آفیسر کے مطابق شہباز گل کو بچپن سے دمے کی شکایت ہے. اور اڈیالہ جیل حکام کی جانب سے کوئی تسلی بخش وضاحت نہیں آئی ہے . آئی جی اسلام آباد تمام متعلقہ افراد کو طلب کریں گے اور شہباز گل پرتشدد د کے معاملے کی مکمل انکوائری کریں گے. پیر کو شہبازگل کے ریمانڈ کی درخواست کی سماعت میرٹ پر ہوگی۔ جمعرات کو پمز کے میڈیکل بورڈ نے شہباز گل کو فوری طور پر ڈسچارج نہ کرنے کا فیصلہ کیا اور شہباز گل کے کمرے کو سب جیل قرار دینے کا امکان ظاہر کیا تھا۔ شہباز گل کے بعد ٹیسٹ کورٹس رات کو موصول ہوں گے اور اور ڈسٹرب کرنے کا فیصلہ ٹیسٹ رپورٹ دیکھنے کے بعد کیا جائے گا.
